The challenge
Calibre Salons’ original website carried very little information about the services they offered, which made it harder than it should have been for clients to book online. The lack of clear detail was a barrier to self-service, so bookings that could have been handled online often weren’t.
What we did
For the new website we gave Calibre a modern design built around a clear, well-organised homepage, with proper information about their services and salons so clients can confidently book their appointments online.
We created a dedicated Services page, which has quickly become one of the most-visited pages on the site, and rebuilt everything on WordPress.
The result
Clients now have the information they need up front and can book their appointments online with far less friction, self-serving in a way the old site made difficult.
Despite using more imagery and a few subtle animations, the new site also loads pages faster than the old one.
