The challenge
BodyBella Pilates runs a Reformer Pilates studio in Upper Hutt. They needed a website that could handle the realities of a busy class-based business: bookings, waitlists, payments, and a way to keep the studio looking current to prospective clients.
What we did
We have worked with BodyBella Pilates Ltd since 2020, when we built the first website for the studio. The site features a complex booking system with waitlist functionality, a mobile app, and email marketing. Clients book and manage their classes and pay online, and an online shop sells pilates-related products.
VL Studio shot new photography of group reformer classes and of the BodyBella owner in the studio, to complement the head shots she already had. Refreshing the studio imagery is a cost-effective way to authentically show the studio to potential clients.
The result
The studio has a website that does the operational heavy lifting and still feels personal and current.
We are currently working on a homepage refresh, adding new content to help potential customers learn more about the Upper Hutt reformer studio and giving them what they need to decide and take action. This goes live in August 2026.
