Vee Linton
Experienced Website Designer
Senior Digital Producer & Customer Experience (CX) Strategist
For over 20 years I worked in digital agencies in London and Wellington, NZ, managing digital projects and marketing campaigns for corporate clients, charities and government agencies. At this point in my life I want to balance work with family, and this led me to set up my own business.
My passion is collaborating with business owners to express their brand and vision through content and marketing strategy, website design and campaigns.
For example:
- Taking a poor-performing website and identifying the problems that customers are experiencing, and addressing these barriers.
- Identifying the target audience and creating content that resonates with them.
- Connecting with audience segments in the most appropriate channels.
I take time to understand your business, your customers, your vision, and your goals before I design the content and website supporting great customer experiences.
Training LLM Models
During 2024 and 2025, I also worked part-time for a well-known AI company, training LLM models and coaching others. This involved writing high-quality prompts that met the project specifications, and it was highly detailed work. This work kept me at the forefront of emerging technologies and helped me test and develop strong AI prompting skills.
Experiments with AI tools
In my spare time, I enjoy experimenting with new technology including Vibe coding tools and AI video creation. You also will find me editing videos for fun when I am not out walking with the dogs. This helps me explore with technology to see what efficiencies can be gained through my workflows, such as prototyping and brainstorming with AI tools, and augmenting my broad skillset.
Let’s connect and share notes if you are experimenting with this too!
Marketing and Writing Qualifications
A full-service agency creating engaging customer experiences across different mediums (emails, websites, video, imagery and social media) for different brands online requires a mix of skillsets:
- Marketing
- Content writing
- Multimedia design
And guess what? I studied all those area and reinforced the skills through my 20+ year career working in agencies in London and Wellington. These are:
- Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Commercial Law
- Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English Literature and Anthropology (which is the study of research of different cultures, which is a foundation for human-centred design).
- Diploma in Multimedia, covering website UX/UI design and build, photography, video, design, 3D, and animation.
Digital Production Experience
Throughout my career in digital, brand, marketing and advertising agencies, I worked in a range of creative, strategic and management roles:
- Digital producer: generally 50% hands on creating customer experiences in design or code, and the other 50% managing a team to produce bigger work (content, design or code). My ethos is always to get things done with a high quality finish.
- Project manager: leading and managing teams, detailing requirements, stakeholder relationships, proposals, scope, budget and timeline.
- Product manager: managing the squad and responsible for the overall customer experience. Analysing how customers are interacting with the website or app, user testing to get insights, managing the backlog of detailed requirements, and prioritising the most important work.
I honed project management skills across different methodologies, including waterfall, lean, agile, and scrum. In 2006, I qualified as a PRINCE2 Foundation practitioner.
I utilise a ‘product development lifecycle’ framework, focusing on delivering impact early, iterating fast, and getting input regularly. I value the importance of human-centred design, and I keep the customer at the heart of everything I create, ensuring user journeys are mapped out and that we understand the most important problems to solve for the customers.

Meet the Team
Meet the office dogs at VL Studio, now a team of three. Peggy and Woody have been joined by Peggy’s brother Franklin, and together they act as Vee’s shadows, following her around and reminding her to balance work with wellbeing, move regularly and keep a respectable step count. With wellbeing, security and hospitality in safe paws, they happily leave strategy, design, content and website building to the expert.

Peggy
Head of Wellbeing
Peggy is a sassy Pug crossed with a French Bulldog, who identifies as a princess. A sensitive soul with a large vocabulary of food-related words, she always has plenty to say and isn’t shy about saying it. Her signature move is serenading the whole car with a joyful, wobbly rendition of “I love you” when we are on the way to her favourite place in the world: the beach.
Her Qualifications
Peggy is all about impact. She is focused on delivering on her KPI priorities of cuddles, walks, food, and sleep. She has become so accomplished at snoring loudly that she can occasionally be heard over video calls. As the senior member of the pack she likes to keep the others in line, and has personally trained Woody in a few of her most important tricks, though she’s kept the very best ones for herself.

Woody
Head of Security
Woody is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is the brains of the operation. He is responsible for security, which he takes very seriously, with regular perimeter checks and a friendly greeting for every guest. One of his KPIs includes supporting Peggy, so you might find them cuddled up together when she’s feeling the cold.
His Qualifications
Woody had a meteoric rise within the pack taking on leadership roles that Peggy just didn’t want to do. He meets guests calmly and coolly, so Peggy can relax and get on with more important things like sleep. A keen student of Peggy’s methods, he’s picked up plenty of her favourite tricks along the way. Like the rest of the crew he’s enjoys the sand under his paws at the beach, where he searches for fresh shellfish.

Franklin
Head of Hospitality
Franklin, or Franky to his friends, is Peggy’s brother and the newest member of the crew. He came to stay when his previous owner sadly passed away, and settled in so quickly it felt like he’d always been here. Calm and easy-going by nature, he’s the steady presence in the office, right up until a human friend arrives and all that composure dissolves into pure, wiggling delight.
His Qualifications
Franky runs hospitality with his whole heart, greeting every visitor like they’re the best thing to happen all week. He’s grown into a solid unit since his puppy days and now holds the office title for both bulldozing and tug of war. A skilled door-opener, he lets himself into any room he decides needs a little more hospitality, which is usually all of them.
